Tonight I found myself driving down the road listening to the radio just digging on some old Boz Scaggs(Lido Shuffle). The hidden secret of my life is that I am a total sucker for lots and lots of cheesy 70's music, things like Gerry Rafferty (Baker Street kills me dead),, Seals and Crofts and America. I even like old funk. Its just stuff I grew up listening too and then moved past as I moved into the "cool teenager" stage of existence and went for things like Led Zeppelin, Floyd, Rush, etc.... But I still love all that old stuff and if it hits in the car when I am driving alone, man am I just cranking it up and singing along, air guitar and all.
So time to fess up, whats the dark musical secret of your life?

I don't know if listening to The Cure is all that embarrassing, but I sing along as well.

I don't think anyone can out-dork this. My first concert, ever was . . . .

sigh . . . .

Milli Vanilli

and I actually liked it.

*hangs head in shame*

I'll go climb some lonely mountain and die now.

In high school when we were all rocking out to AC/DC and the Original Van Halen, my friend and I would go back to her place and secretly listen to The Commodors.  We also knew all the words to Rappers Delight (Sugar Hill Gang).

And then of course...(looks around)....is the Bee Gees.....
