When i was 19, my boyfriend used to have me hold his dick when he peed, usually when we were out in the woods but, also into the toilet, too. As far as peeing while someone watches, it sometimes depends on who's doing the watching. When i was in the Army, we had random 'pee tests' and another soldier of a higher rank (and the same gender) was responsible for watching the 'pee-er' pee into the cup. That could take a long time for some people. Turning on the water in the sink could usually help. And, of course, there's that old trick of sticking the pee-er's hand into a cup of warm water to get the pee flowing. Usually, once a person gets more used to being watched, it becomes easier to pee, with an 'audience'.
