Ok, so im kinda an old school Goth, (among other things) As such I love listening to a certain band... One that I would seriously advise everyone to listen to at least once... Especially the song "Even angels fall" It is one of my all time favourite songs.

Y'know as much as I like Rogue and his crew ( *rimshot* );  I'd never consider them old school.  I refuse to call any band which formed after I had already gone through my first enlistment (ie early 90s) as old school.

Other than that;  I agree on them being a band to check out.  Hell,  any band that has fans who will take the time to make a LEGO music video of one of their songs can't be bad at all.

Lego minifig Rogue rules :-)

We were cheering like maniacs when their single "Sophia" actually DEBUTED at #1 on the Billboard Dance Single chart back in 2006.

I love Cruxshadows!  and (though it may get me flamed as has happened before from Crux fans) I love VNV Nation too...

It was more their sound than when they came out... besides, whenever I mention bands like the bauhaus everyone looks at me funny... And Greedy, dont worry, I wont flame you, no matter what bands you like

No, they are the ones who sacked Rome. :)  

Did you read the article in Gothic Beauty about The Cruxshadows in China?   Oh!!! And they are of course one of the reasons to do Dragon*Con!   I love them although Rogue's attitude and seriousnes about all things "Goth" can grate on my nerves.

Gawd you make me feel old. Who the hella are these bands? I like Otis Redding and Motown and Supertramp and the Doors and zepplin. earth wind and fire, Eurythmics but who is The cruxshadow and is there music all dark and scawy??????

i have a couple of Bauhaus songs on my profile, along with a wide variety of stuff.  Then again back in my youth ~insert deep heartfelt sigh here~ i was a little goth punk.  Now my 13 year old is getting into goth  ~insert even longer sigh~ and loves that she can raid my closet and music.  Guess even though i grew up and conformed to a degree, i still wear my black and red goth looking clothes.  Fits in well with my job too... i work at a cemetery.  ;-)

Annnnyway, so i wont look at you funny for mentioning Bauhaus or any other band.

ahhhhhh and lucious, you are not old darlin!  lol  umm and isn't dark and scary a GOOD exciting thing???

I have a 3' by 4' picture of Jim Morrison on my living room wall (you can see it in my profile pics)... And I also listen to Jim Croce, The Who, Gordon Lightfoot, among others... I love music of almost all types. :P

Asher, if you get a chance every Labor Day weekend in Atlanta is an event called Dragon Con. Cruxshadows plays every year.i worked security there and got the cance to go backstage.it's very worth the time to see them live.

The level to which that doesnt make sense scares me... and I like Johnny Cash.
