As I write this I am tryin my damndest not to hit the overbearing ass that thinks hes my sup just because hes been here a month longer (It doesnt help his case that I keep having to fix his messes) and I am wondering... Given that no matter which choice I make my job will remain secure, what I should do... Thoughts?

I need a mental health week... I have another job that pays better and seems to be more in line with my career goals, I just havent heard back from them yet... And wasnt the internets made for pouty demonstations? :P
