Ok- I pondered our group here. I have a thing or 2 to say. Consider the dynamics of any group. It gathers, over time it fizzles and breaks away.

1. I do not have to like every single post.
2. I dont have to like every person.
3. I am allowed a bad day.
4. I will forgive others.
5. I will lay off the PC thing.

Ok your turn. Using your brain-power here...lets not allow this group to fizzle out sooner then necessary,

I don't really know what to add to what you wrote really PA
I think your number three is a biggy. Many people forget that everyone has a bad day at some point.
I believe people should also realise that not every post is a personal slur and just take it as words and not a personal attack and that people are only giving their POV and shouldn't have to post a disclaimer all the time.

Yup. I brought this up- I dont mean for myself. But I observe. If a place ceases to be fun, folks move on. I dont want to see that happen here.

I dont know how to fix it. Only to bring up the whole notion of group dynamics and how groups eventually fade into the sunset. This thread is to point this out. So as to not speed it up.

these are all great points. yes, people do have bad days and sometimes they spout off because of it...i know i'm guilty of this sometimes. i've also been accused of not making serious enough posts which is funny because i'm here to have fun and learn.. i've had lots of fun and learned a hell of a lot. no, i don't agree with everyone here and that's okay...you can laugh and learn from these situations as well.

edited to add an apology for my huge font, i have no idea where that came from, and to put in a disclaimer about my last comment about laughing and learning from disagreements, which i meant respectfully. (it's true, but just kidding about adding a disclaimer...just my stupid humor again, forgive me.)
