Please consider this posting a formal notice of my willingness, even eagerness, to hear the opinions of all posters on this board.

I do not consider myself the beginning and ending of the matter as far as the Ask A Mistress board goes. I am, however, a dominant woman and personally I am beginning to find the constant apologies for posting to various boards tedious. This is a public forum and I personally welcome input from many perspectives. Those I don't welcome I don't open. Easy.

Perhaps I will make a suggestion for a 'high protocol' board for those that feel so inclined.

I just noticed someone had mentioned that they had a issue with people posting all over the place as is our wont here, and actually, I do feel a little odd responding to such a trolling sort of post that clearly wasn't directed at me (it was about the only thing clear about it).

And I am still a little slap happy after last weekend with Bailey<g>.

I agree Sir, she does. And I agree with you totally Suz. Even though there are area's listed for your general desire, how many who post *really* are only looking to hear from a specific *type* of person? If I ever post, I want anyone who can help me understand, support my point of view, or give me a logical and reasonable argument against my thoughts! That's what I like so much about this board. People are actually (in more cases than not) able to have differring points of view and STILL be able to get along...

Oh I knew this was going to come out sooner or later *sigh*. I don't even look at what board most posts are on. If I come into the boards I read down along the right. Otherwise I come directly into a thread via email. Therefore I have posted everywhere. [;)]

When I first joind these boards, I was silly enough to think that different people read the different areas, and got into trouble with a few regulars.

I learned quickly...

I agree, I enjoy the boards, with its various opinions more than I can say. I love "discussions", laughing, nothing keeps the brain as active as a good verbal skirmish. Life would be so boring if we all thought alike. No matter what the title of the post area, I think a view from another side makes it a more well rounded source of information for the poster. Tess

I admit that sometimes it is annoying when I start with "Ladies" and Sinergy, topcat, Esting, and TallDarkandWitty reply before any Domina. What can I say though, they always have a point or a good quip even if they were not from the perspective I wanted.

If we get a cop that polices posts for penises or lack thereof what about homosexuals and trannies? and how do you check IDs? )"License, registration and penis, please"[:)])

HAHAHA I suppose that depends on how you define 'disturbed.' Monkey Love has always disturbed me, but that's WHY I do it!

I'm a sucker for an opportunity to cling to the ceiling while attempting to push my soul out of my eyeballs.

Thanks to all those who have chimed in. While I don't usually need validation it's nice to know that I'm not alone in my preferences and to know that many of us are on the same page!

It's one of my favorite things about this board, as well. And, for those who can't seem to make their argument without resorting to name calling - Well, I'd much rather know who they are then be surprised later. Forewarned and forearmed, and all that!

Dear Whore-

you're quite welcome, and _thank you_ for making an effort to write in a more easily understood fashion (I only just realised that 'ty' meant 'thank you').

A message board gives us the chance to take time in replying, think through our statements, and in gerneral, put our best face on for the interaction. It's really quite a wonderful thing to be able to reread and edit our words before hitting the "OK" button and send them out in the world.

I was wondering about that myself when I first got here. I admit still finding it difficult to on some levels to participate. I go see the forums in ask a Submissive/Slave and I have my opinions on things, but I figure another dominant probably wants the sub/slaves' perspective and not mine (otherwise they would have posted in Ask A Mistress?)

I have to admit I find it somewhat confusing. But I figure I'll just go with the flow!
