[;)] In the U.S. the law which requires extensive record-keeping for websites with pornographic photos has driven some websites to relocate their servers to Canada. The content is still viewable in the U.S. and the people who own the websites were able to avoid the new law. I am thinking that if the UK were to pass a restrictive law, then the website owners could simply move to a foreign server. Unless the UK were to block entire web addresses, such as China does, it seems that the Internet content will still be viewable despite new laws.
