I'm not sure if I am posting this in the proper place please forgive me if so but I am seeing this Vanilla term thrown about. What does it mean?

"Vanilla" generally means "not kinky" when being used to describe people. "Vanillia" is also frequently used to describe the rest of the world that isn't directly involved in BDSM.

I don't know that all other flavors suck, but one of the better flavors is in fact vanilla. It's so tasty that we use it to enhance other great things, like apple pie and warm brownies. Despite the unfortunate link to things not in the lifestyle, vanilla is a tasty flavor that should not be discounted! Vote Vanilla in 2008!

ok im not vanilla but everytime i post a message in the forum its showing a icecream cone and the word vanilla instead of like twisted and such how do i change that

LOL Strange. I find vanilla to be wonderful, simply not my flavor. Oddly enough, many "vanilla" people find BDSM unappealing and they certainly aren't boring people. The idea that BDSM is somehow better or more exciting has never made a bit of sense to me.
