Yes, but unfortunately simple male physiology might defeat this idea before it starts. For the majoirty of men, the same nerves that provide the "Ooooh!" response before orgasm turn into nerves that say "Ouch!'" after orgasm, all other conditions being equal. He'd probably really enjoy whatever instrument of joy/torture that was being applied until he came, and after that start screaming "get this frikken thing off me!". Go google the term "refratory period" for the clinical description.
