I have natural breasts and they are decently sized.  Not GG cups but a bit  larger than anyone I've ever met without implants.  I have no back issues.  I have looked into reduction in the past.  I think its all about how in shape you are.  I also know each one of my breasts weighs 13 pounds...I think silicone or saline doesn't weigh as much.
I've had smaller chested friends who had back issues....really I think it depends on the person.

If it was causing medical problems such as back problem it is no longer a cosmetic surgery  so a reduction would be covered by medical insurance

Fake boobs weigh less. Which is why it pisses me off when small breasted women tell large breasted women to "shut up, at least you don't have to buy yours".

I don't think we ever weighed mine. But my bra straps caused grooves in my shoulders that wouldn't go away so... *shrug*

Status: offline 		I'm confused...jsut how does one go about weighing their boobs?  Slapping them on a scale?  Its not like you can weigh yourself with them, then without them and subtract for the difference.......

I was the only one of the 3 sisters that DIDN'T lose her boobs after giving birth.......not huge, but just about right, I guess.  My sisters are jealous!  Of course, they lost all their baby weight they gained too....bitches!  {sigh}

If someone needs huge boobs for self esteem, or for work (strippers and/or porn stars) then go for it. If it were possible to get penis implants to make all guys as large as Ron Jeremy, the lines outside the clinic would look like the opening weekend to a Star Wars film.

Status: offline 		I think breast implants are a pretty stupid thing to get.  Rarely do women get them to a size I'd like.. it seems like they're always too large and end up looking, well, goofy.

Then again, I'm generally a naturalist in many respects.
