As someone who has had large breasts an I have a msall frame {I was nursing almost full-time so that's why they were HUGE}, I was overflowing out of a 42DD. Would I get implants? I think about it, but, I like my girls just as they are and so have my partners; I know a few GREAT surgeons; they cost about $5,000 to $8,000 depending. The breasts that look very OBVIOUSLY fake, I just laugh at the women, they look fake and it makes them look cheap, sorry ladies. I prefer real looking. If I am gonna get them done, it will be to have them lifted and put back to the same size they were before I became a member of the mommy club.

Implants are the lazy girl's way out. Every inch you lose on your stomach adds an inch to your bust and probably your hips, too. Give me a flat tummy with a hint of six pack any day, and take some yoga classes while you're at it! I like my women small, lithe, and hourglass shaped.

How do you know they're implants? In my family DD's are normal, we get surgery to reduce them, not enlarge them. Some people really are big naturally.

I want larger booooobies........ any ideas? They used to be a nice lovely C on my small frame and then pregnancy grows them larger (to a dd) and then breastfeeding shrinks them to a B/A........... Actually I think one of my boobies is an A and the other is a C. Depending.. sometimes they're both B's = ) that girl was em.. fantastic to read.... what a blonde.......... O.o
