OK, Here's my problem. I have been trained to deepthroat some pretty large dildos. While I can handle them allright there is still a problem with the gag reflex. I'm convinced if I could just levave it buried down my throat for a prolonged period each night, eventually I will learn to lose that pesky gag reflex. Problem is, it's impossible to breathe so after 30 seconds or so I have to take it out. There must be something that would suit this purpose. We're talking a large dildo (at least 9in. long and 5 in. around) with some sort of breathing insert and a harness or strap to keep it in. Or even just a hollow phallic shaped tube that would keep the throat open but allow me to get air. Remember it would have to be long enough and wide enough to deeply lodge in and straetch the throat. Does something like this exist? I appreciate the help.

You could try drilling a hole down the center of the dildo so air could pass.

Well, I wouldn't be sleeping with it in. Like a buttplug, it's something I would wear for a period so that my body would get used to that type of insertion. As for drilling out the middle, any ideas of what materials might lend themselves best to that? And wouldn't I need to coat it somehow? don't really need to be swallowing pieces of the thing.

Yes doctor have them. An endotracheal tube which is a plastic breathing tube for medical purposes, like you see on the doctor shows and such. This is the only safe way to sleep with something in your throat. The reason is the air way is forward from the esophagus where the cock or dildo goes when deep throated. So once a dildo is in place the airway has little room for a "uncontrolled" throat. You would suffocate in your sleep. With a endotracheal tube in you would have the same gag reflex but a direct air feed to you lungs. But these tube are not easy to put in the tracheal passage on your own.
What may help is the spray that doctors use to temp numb the gag while they insert a breathing tube. Yhis would help you learn to control reflex.
Like any sword swallower it is all a learned control with repeat practice. Or maybe like Linda Lovelace you could try hypnosis.

OK, first I DON'T want to sleep with this thing in. But more to the point, that tube doesn't seem wide enough to really get the job done. Am I missing something?

Geez, the 9" is a tall order. There are enema plugs like this one

that would work, but they're not going to be long enough (that's about 5.5" circumference, but only 6" long).
Probably your easiest thing to drill would be a firm silicone toy, frozen with dry ice to make it cut cleaner... but it would be expensive to screw up. Most drill bits aren't even 9" long! There are wood-boring bits ("spade bits") that are longer, but i think they'll shred the crap out of most toy materials.

Maybe you can find something like Tygon tubing in the right diameter, and just round the end really carefully?

If you're deep throating far enough wouldn't a large protrusion force the epiglottus to begin closing making it hard to breath anyway? Not sure how big your throat is versus a 9" invasion.

A hole through a dildo would seem to be the answer but its not so easy to accomplish.
When you drill through elastomeric material...ie silicon...you don't get a clean hole unless you freeze the material prior to machining and I'm not even sure that a silicon dildo can be frozen short of dipping it in liquid nitrogen.

Here's what I'd do....

1. Get one of those "make your own dildo kits"
2. Get a dildo of whatever size you want to use as the "pattern"
3. Make the dildo according to the directions in the kit but with a piece of silicon tubing in the center to create the breathing hole.

I am no master of anatomy. If a 9 inch dildo is put down the throat it goes down the esophagus and not the trachea.. A hole would do nothing but perhaps cause some gas. The breathing problem is caused by the presure of the esophagus on the trachea.

I did hear that spraying your throat with Chloroseptic (numbing agaent) works to help with the gag reflex.

I'm not giving any advice since I know nothing of this subject other than the drilling.We used thin wall tubing to cut holes in silicone rubber. Sharpen one end and just use it in a drill. In a pinch you might be able to turn it by hand. It removes a plug and leaves a clean hole, as opposed to a drill like you mentioned.

I think the 'sleeping with it in' comments stem from the 'prolonged periods each night' that you mentioned in your post.

Ms Martha is correct, it's going to go down your esophagus, not your trachea. You can't breathe through it.

I think a combitube might work for you. It's an oral airway inserted by paramedics and doctors to secure a breathing channel directly to the lungs of an injured patient.

While usually used on unconscious patients or patients with the aid of an anaesthetic spray, I suppose you could learn to accept one over time. The bulbs on the ends would certainly fit the bill for what you are seeking and the airway would be secure.

Ok, it sounds like there is no real gag reflex issue here. As mentioned above in several posts ther is a limit to how deep anything can go into the mouth before it eventually closes off the airway. I think the enema dildo as posted above may be your best bet.

I think indeed you shoud get the dildo you want in your throat, make a mould of it and make the new one with a piece of flexible electricity-pipe in it,that will be large anough to breath and if you be careful by which way you position it in the mould before putting the sillicone in it, you wont have sharp edges and the pipe will be flexible enough yet wont collaps

Quite frankly, unless you are intubating yourself (which I don't recommend AT ALL), then why do you need to have a 9" dildo in your throat for more than 30 seconds at a time? Chloraseptic might help the gag reflex factor, but I wouldn't recommend taking a 9" load of silicon any longer than your body is telling you that it's ok.

Take a look at this diagram so you have a better idea of what's going on inside your neck:

As you can see, the esophagus is behind the trachea... so unless you are putting in a breathing apparatus (again, I'm not recommending this!!!!), you will put pressure on the epiglottis by forcing 9" of dildo in there, thus likely CLOSING the airway (not that air can get by around a 9" dildo anyway).

NO NO NO! On most people the epiglottis is only 2-3 inches past the tounge, or in simple to picture placement, about level with the jaw line. If he's taking 9" all the way down, that's 4-5" that are going past the tounge.
