Is there anywhere to find a pattern of a slave contract that I can garner some ideas from? I am about to collar My first slavegirl and W/we would like to get contract drawn up between U/us. I have studied the lifestyle for many years and have plenty of r/t experience but this is My first 24/7 live in slave. I keep trying to draw up the contract on My own but in the end I just dont like how it looks. I would like to find a pattern for drawing up one and ideas about these. I had never had a need to make one and didn't expect to find the perfect slave to collar until recent. Thanks for input

Here is a copy and paste from a December topic on Contracts, in response on mons.

I would first establish responsibilities and expectations.  Here is an exerpt from my "The Manual - How you give service; copyrighted in 1997-
 
Responsibilities
of the
Master, Mistress and Slaves
Masters and Mistresses

For maintaining and protecting the trust that you have bestowed upon me with your submission and holding that trust as the sacred foundation of our relationship

For your protection of the physical and emotional safety. Be assured that I will not deliberately cause you permanent and/or irreversible damage.

For your guidance and direction.

For establishing and maintaining the lines of communication necessary to insure your growth and the growth of this relationship.

For providing for your needs and caring for you within the context of our Master- slave and/or Mistress-slave relationship.

For training you as my property, so that you might achieve your true potential as my slave.

For demonstrating as much creativity in approaching the task of meeting your ever changing needs as I shall require that you demonstrate in meeting mine.

For insuring that you are always treated in a manner that is consistent with your role as my valued property and valued human.

To hold slave harmless of criminal/civil allegations/charges/investigations as long as it is within the limits and actions of the relationship. However, if the acts go beyond the consented contract the slave understands the Master's/Mistress's rights to pursue judicial relief.

You must understand clearly the terms and conditions of your submission.
 
You must be certain of what is expected of you and what limitations are placed upon you. It is impossible for you to submit successfully, if you fail to understand the terms and conditions of submission.
 
Armed with free choice, you surrender your freedom willingly to me your Master and/or Mistress.
 
You have willingly agreed to my control and domination. As long as you have to remain in this relationship, you are expected to honor and obey me.
 
As slave you are obligated to and responsible for insuring that you do nothing to endanger and/or threaten your health and well being, and/or that of your Master/Mistress and/or the Master's/Mistress's household.
 
You are obligated to protecting and preserving my property and yourself from risk of harm to include from me, should I be behaving in a manner you believe is unsafe.
 
For communicating your needs to me clearly and unequivocally.
 
Notifying me of any changes in your physical/emotional/mental well being.
 
Maintaining your weight and physical fitness in accordance with good health and my wishes.
 
Knowing that you may talk with me about anything at any time. But in this, you are expected to exercise good judgment and self control by planning to bring new issues forward at times that are considerate of the Master's/Mistress's needs.
 
Exercising care and sound judgment in all things, remembering that in all things your conduct reflects upon me.
 
A slave's primary function is to serve and please the Master/Mistress with the following of the secondary function of being desirable and pleasing as you serve your Master and/or Mistress.
 
Slave has sworn to fulfill my desires. Being a generous Master/Mistress, to be such to his/her slave, the Master/Mistress requires that his/her slave give their all, without expecting anything beyond the pleasures of serving him/her in return.
 
To hold a Master/Mistress harmless of any criminal/civil allegations/ investigations and charges, as long as it is within the limits and actions of the relationship. However, if such acts go beyond the consented contract, Master/Mistress understands the slave's right to pursue judicial relief.

[Note:  You can draw up your contract as you both see fit.  And, I would first put a three month limit on the relationship in the beginning and subjected to renegotiations.  You might want to put escape clauses in, example breaking trust about hard limits, abuse (but detail when it is consensual and when it goes over the line clearly-want an outsider to see there is a line drawn and understood.)  Furthermore, I would treat anything with a contract as a business.  Even though it is personal--it is YOUR business.  In addition, you want to make sure the contract fits you and your needs as well as the person you are negotiating with.]

Punishment
Slave will be punished for disobedience. The slave will be punished fitting the form of the offense.
Poor performance. This will give the slave the "desire" to perform better. To improve.
Lying. This is cause for dismissal and/or taking back the collar.
Tardiness and/or being late. Depending on the task and if there is no valid excuses.
Failure to confess to Master/Mistress a slave's misconduct and/or misdeeds.
Punishment and its severity is determined by Master/Mistress as to be harsh enough as not to be ineffective.

This can be used for an example or template and again I stress, to create a contract, negotiation check sheet that reflects the two individuals negotiating as Master/Mistress/Dominant and slave/submissive/servant
 
I will also apologize for not getting what is in the Manual in perfect allignment here--my goodness it is a mess! (I am at times computer challenged)  But, the ideas on how to create contracts still are valid.


Just some thoughts.

If you hope to have the contact be even mildly binding in a legal sense, I'd suggest talking to a kink friendly lawyer. If you are looking to write out the terms of your relationship, you've already gotten some great advice.

Aquatic it's never going to be legally binding.  Slavery is not legal therefore any contract based upon it is null and void legally.  The language in the example contract suggesting any type of immunity or hold harmless is not legally binding.  It is at most a document reflecting the parties relationship for both of them and possibly some indication of mental state/consent, although arguably it could be used as evidence against one or either of the parties as well, especially where specific activities are mentioned that obviously are not legal in most places.

Slave contracts specifically no.

However, you can do other contracts (I believe indentured servitude is still legal in certain areas) and one can agree to do X, Y, or Z for set period of time, hand over money, etc. It wouldn't a slave contract the way the others listed are but my basic understanding is that you can enter into other types of contracts that would have a similar effect though under a different name.

I could be wrong. Either way, if he wants something legally binding, it would be best to consult a lawyer so that both parties know how binding or not the piece of paper is.

I have only used contracts for short term training programs, usually focused around a few areas only.  I just looked in My archives and was able to find a contract I used last year for a six week term, I believe. 


under contract with Italian Mistress for self improvement 



i do request of Italian Mistress that She accept the submission of my will unto Her and to take me into Her care and guidance, for several areas of self improvement in my life. Try to keep it simple, in terms of outlining mutual expectations of what you get and she gets.

Time to think outside the box for a moment here.   You know how some kids do up contracts with their parents that they won't drink and drive or do drugs? 

Basically, list out the primary expectation or agreement of the relationship itself.  Does not have to be extremely detailed.  

Allow the contact to be somewhat flexiable as well.  Gives the relationship some room to grow and evol naturally.
