I can finally, -finally- admit it after months of internal struggle. I am a submissive. I know this thread doesn't really have any relevance to the rest of you, but this is a new thing for me, publicly admitting it. Seeing it in type and whatnot, so I'll just get back to my coffee now. edited to rid my post of a mysterious 1 which somehow snuck in there.

reminds you of Bounty's coffee shop that is under the Random Stupidity section (or something like that)... hands you a slice of pie to go with your coffeee.... and blows you a kiss. It is really hard to admit who and what we are when it goes outside the norm. And you are right, it can be amazingly powerful to see your truth in black and white. Congratulations on finding, accepting, and speaking your truth. We are lucky to be able to bear witness. Thank you for giving us that gift. peace.

I'm very glad you've found peace with yourself, or begun to. I have a feeling you'll be able to find a lot more fulfillment in life now embracing your desires rather than struggling against them. Kind of like finding out that chocolate isn't bad for you (I wish). Best, ~ J

And I can almost bet in the next five years you'll go through at least two more periods of serious internal struggle to decide if that term fits you, if your definition of the term still applies to you and where you see yourself going. But that's good- that means growth.

I won't say welcome to the dark side....I don't feel WIITWD is "dark" ...just different. When I discovered what and who I was, it was actually very enlightening. So I will say welcome to the truth....I'm sure it has set you free.....The truth has a funny way of doing just that. [;)] Life is not a dress rehearsal....this it. So live it....ALL of it, and NOW.
