YourhandMyAss -> Does any one know any good nachos places in sacramento? (1/26/2008 1:28:57 PM)

I'm not talking taco bell type, or the kind you just dump cheese on an call it good, I'm talking a bout huge plate huge gooey cheesey, hamburgery goodness type nacho's.

If There was a Roberto's Taco shop there I'd recomend them, they use carne asada steak rather than ground beef and fry the chips up for each order so ncie and hot.

When in doubt look online to see if there are any decent Mexican resturants that do take out.

I can vouch for nothing in the following link (quality of food, I mean): http://sacramento.citysearch.com/bestof/winners/2006/burrito

Thanks guys, on the border should have good nacho;s and so should chevy's. I hate chevy's though cause they have such loud music in the place. I'll check out that link and that restaraunt.

Believe it or not, Claim Jumpers in Roseville.  Awesome nachos and a huge order.

Celia's is good, they're off 50 and Bradshaw.

Kiko's is a hole in the wall, on Arden near Fulton.

If I think of more, I'll reply again.

Why not try and make your own- who knows you might surprise yourself and they turn out good

same here [:(] but every place is closed and i'd rather not cook tonight *sighs*

YourhandMyAss -> RE: Does any one know any good nachos places in sacramento? (1/26/2008 7:03:04 PM)

swt I don't like cooking I want yummy delicious food I didn't have to lift a finger for lol.

Also that's why I said an not the kind you dump into a microwave because we've tried making our own nacho's by microwaving cheese an chips, and essentially you had nothing anything more special than that. micro'd cheese on chips.

...what's wrong with Chevy's on the river, or else Ernestos?

YourhandMyAss -> RE: Does any one know any good nachos places in sacramento? (1/26/2008 11:59:17 PM)

oedi Chevy's plays really obnoxious loud music in their restaraunts so I hate going in there. I suppose could always order and then take it home, I looked at their website an didn't see anything about nacho;s  I don't know about any of them on the river though, and I don't know who ernesto's is. I don't eat at very many restarants besides applebee;s and on the border.

Chevy's is on Garden Highway, on the river next to Crawdads.  You can eat out on the deck, too.

Ernesto's...... is a long way from On the Border......

You have to be extremely careful or you will catch an STD.

There used to be a mom and pop shop in an industrial complex near Safetyville but I don't remember the name of it.  Their food was outstanding.

I can vouch for that. There is also a place in Citrus Heights on Sunrise and Greenback in the strip mall that Old Navy is in.
