Didn't think so. First name's Scott (which I don't much care for; father named me after Randolph Scott), I reside in East Cobb/Marietta GA (NW of Atlanta), am a youthful-looking(I've been told) 54 (and often younger-feeling, too), politically Progressive (lefty), fairly well-travelled, ex-restaurateur (yep, I can cook, too), and more or less retired.

Eventually I'll find someone who wants to share this big old house, have a whole lot of sex, and travel. I don't follow any "protocols"; I do things my own way and in my own time.

I've been on another board for about 4 years, and a couple new boards for a couple months. I don't think of being in a "lifestyle" or part of a "community" any more than I lead a "drummer" lifestyle or am a member of the "blond-haired and blue-eyed" community. I am who and what I am, that's all. I don't like BDSM snobs or people who turn up their noses because others don't share their kink. Having a leather vest and a single-tail doesn't make one a "Dom" any more than kneeling on the floor or wearing a collar makes one a "Sub".

While I will consider casual sex/play (same thing to me), I am really looking for a committed, live-together, monogamous relationship.

Yeah, I know all the above sounds like an ad, but how else can one introduce one's self? Peace.

Scot, that was a great introduction.  You already have interesting things about yourself that would draw someone to you to start a conversation.

Well, thank you muchly, Denise. I understand I can be a bit wordy at times.
This is what a woman I lived with for a bit, and email most every day, had to say:
"I'm also thinking that I find you stimulating, engaging, witty, smart and somewhat complicated."
Only "somewhat". Harumph. [8D]

We'll see how it works out here. I've been on another site for about 4 years, mostly posting in Politics because I love baiting righties hehehe. I find that many here take themselves way too seriously; what we would call "Twoo" doms/subs. Get some of that on the other site, too, but they're shot down pretty quickly. Some of the women there are really good at seeing through men's bullshit. Well, most men are assholes, anyway. [;)]

Ah hahahaha! Of all the dopey mistakes to make! When I was filling out my profile, under "Optional Information" I thought they were asking me what I was looking for. So I put 5'8" and 175 pounds. So I sent someone (submissiveentree) a message, and she emailed back, "Thanks for the message. You're not 175 pounds." So I emailed back, "Where does it say I'm 175 pounds?" So I went and looked, and, sure enough... So I wrote back, "Ooops! I feel like an idiot yada yada." Ah hahahaha I've had that there the whole time! Ah hahahaha I crack myself up sometimes.

I'm 6' and 215. She probably deleted them without reading. You all know how testy subs can get from time to time. [8D]

Thanks to those that have welcomed me, btw. And to those who viewed without being, uh, neighborly, I stick my tongue out at you. [:D]

I'm about 200 shy of having 15,000 posts on another site, mostly in the Politics and the Philosophy fori (I think that's the dative case ending). More than a few of those posts are persiflaginous bandwidth-wasters, but some are serious. I get a great deal of perverse pleasure demonstrating the error of the rightard wingnuts' ways. Personally, I think most of them have some sort of problem with women (you know, trying to limit their reproductive rights, not condemning Saudi Arabia for stoning women to death for "adultery", stuff like that). Me, I love women. I mean, I'd much rather spend Superbowl Sunday in bed having quality time. I have my preferences in size, shape, and so forth; almost everybody does. But within those parameters, I love the way women smell, the way they taste, the way they feel, ... OK, getting carried away here hehehe. Peace

Thanks. Highly unlikely, but nothing ventured et cetera and so forth. If those I contact would take the time to get to know me, they'd find I'm only an arrogant prick some of the time. [8D][:D]
