I'd buy a big beach-front property in a beautiful beach town. Malibu, San Diego? I'd also purchase a lot of land to protect natural habitats, and support 'green' housing.
Build two 'green' houses and a big dungeon. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, cabana, all the toys: motorcycles, hot cars, gorgeous clothes and costumes. Support causes and help friends. I'd buy houses or condos for a couple of women friends who have struggled to raise their kids under tough circumstances. Travel to many bdsm events and meet a bunch of people I've befriended over the years.
Have a live-in who cooks healthy, and who's sole duty is to get me in tip-top shape and help me stay there. Regular massages, and a wonderful dance-workout area.
All through both houses would be eye-bolts, toy-chests located everywhere on the property for indoor and outdoor bondage and play. The dungeon would be soundproof. Fantastic lighting, plenty of gorgous plants, and a large vegetable garden, all organic of course. I'd have play parties where friends come for free, and others pay for instruction and play. I think three houses would be necessary. One for paying guests, one for subs and slaves, and the main house would have seperate suites for my friends. A large library including a stone fireplace, big windows, lots of custom woodwork, comfy chairs, thousands of books and videos, with a bdsm section including training books and videoes, a large screen and awesome sound of course. A music room so that all my musical friends and family could jam and a jacuzzi, pond with a small waterfall and huge aquariums would make this area a favorite. Soft lighting, plenty of plants, froggies and fish.
A large boat for play parties and scuba diving trips. Air on board so we could scuba for a week at a time. Naked, long-haired slaves to serve us on the boat. [:D]
Slaves would serve us in grand style and we'd al have a grand ol' time.
Then educational volunteer work and charities, wherever my heart leads me: probably environmental for Mother Ocean....that's my passion.

Edited to add: The kitchen of my dreams, including a bondage area for food play, facing the ocean, and video taping capabilites for my own cooking show. A drain in the floor so the kitchen could be easily hosed down after the show. lol.
Ski trips, condos in different countries...my brain is still formulating fun ideas.....
