yup!

quote:

There are so many questions that need to be answered, protocols being overridden within national defense, people actively being stopped from carrying out investigations. This wasn't an accident, they were aware there was intelligence indicating those kind of attacks, there were FBI intercepts saying it in the days before the attacks. When you look at it all, that is a big big intelligence picture and yet these people were crucially stopped from doing their jobs, stopped from trying to protect the American people."
Shayler elaborated by saying the evidence suggests the attack was originally meant to be much wider in scope and was an attempt at a violent coup intended to decapitate the entire government as a pretext for martial law.

at least MI5 and other secret service cant be fooled as easily as the public    :)

Heres a great quote from the article....

"Shayler ended by questioning the highly suspicious nature of the collapse of the twin towers and Building 7, the first buildings in history, all in the same day, to collapse from so-called fire damage alone. "

But in fact absolutly NO ONE says that the buildings collapsed from fire alone.  This is just basic critical thining.  HE is arguing against something no one is asserting.   HE is misdefining the position of those he is arguing against, and then arguing against his own misdefinition.  It takes up space, and works on people who are not very smart.  but any thinking person should be able to see through this crap.

Alex Jones is a genious who makes a lot of money off of idiots.

I can't see how Shayler could know all he says he knew, he was afer all a junior desk man from what I understand. If I remember right, he was originally jailed for saying Britain tried to murder Kadafi, I believe him on that since American planes were allowed to bomb Libya from Britain and only succeeded in murdering Khadfi's five year old daughter. A shameful episode. However, I don't know how he could have more information on 9/11 than any person in the street, what he's saying is just conjecture. My feelings are that he is just making mischief for his own incarceration which he rightfully probably feels bitter about.

Don't see where I wrote that anywhere.  But thanks for showing how you are using the same flawed logic.  Attacking something I didn't say.  Certainly someone knew, it was a planned event....

And showing that you simply can't adress my point, because I am right, nice emoticon work.

Thats a lie.

They originally claimed that building 7 came down due to fire since no plane hit it.  Later due to protests by so many people and organizations revised it to "I dunno"

Of course professional demolition expert of 27 years dan jowenko, examined photos of the buildings damage and its construction and said uneqivocally that there is not possible way that the building could have come down from fire and the damage it suffered.

Danny confims his conclusions and explains how things work in the usa in the demolition business:

Everyone knew but the government!

Check this out:
Alex Jones Predicts 911 on his    JULY 25th 2001    broadcast and he begs the american people to call congress and tell them that we the people know what is going to happen as a warning not to do it.

Unfortunately he does not have the power to circumvent the occurrance or to speak above the media.

If Alex of all people knew that really begs the question to those who think the gov did not know, how could some moron like Alex know when the gov does not?

Some people find that a bit difficult to wrestle with and simply go into denial.

Alex makes his money because he is right on the money!

There is nothing more abhorent and hated than a conspiracy theorist whos conspiracy theory comes true.  --me

Shayler isnt a credible source. He left the security services 5 years before 9/11. His claims were so outrageous even many in the 911 truth movement thought he was a government agent planting disinformation ( Wiki )

The link you quoted was 2005, i am pretty sure this was all to do with Shaylers book release. He has since claimed to be the new Messiah, saying he had revelations while on drugs. He also claimed to be the re incarnation of a jewish revoloutionary.

I agree that many had an idea that some attack was planned prior to 9/11. There was even intelligence sources planes could be used. Please dont use Shayler as a credible source though, as we say in the UK " He has lost the plot "

Rule -> RE: Former British Inteligence Blows Whistle (1/28/2008 4:14:55 AM)

No one who contributes anything to the 911 discussion is to be trusted. Most certainly not anyone connected to a secret service like David Shayler. His whistleblowing and 'disgrace' may have the purpose to set him up as bait or as a disinformation agent.

In fact I even suspected ld1 might be a disinformation agent for a long time. (No longer.)

Quote Shayler: "This wasn't an accident, they were aware there was intelligence indicating those kind of attacks, there were FBI intercepts saying it in the days before the attacks".

Those advance leaks were carefully planted to suggest that it was an attack by islamic terrorists. As evidence they are without worth. So this remark results in disinformation.

Quote from the article: "Shayler elaborated by saying the evidence suggests the attack was originally meant to be much wider in scope and was an attempt at a violent coup intended to decapitate the entire government as a pretext for martial law".

There may have been a suggestion that it was wider in scope, but if so, then that was all it was: a mere suggestion void of any substance. So again this remark results in disinformation.

LadyEllen -> RE: Former British Inteligence Blows Whistle (1/28/2008 4:32:35 AM)

again I ask - if it was all some huge government conspiracy, who exactly is going to do what exactly about it? If conspiracy it was, then it will never be admitted, and even in a court case would be dismissed - because for such a version of events to be established, it would bring down the very establishment who are the supposed conspirators and more importantly for us we mere plebs would bring the whole society and nation to utter discord and anarchy - which sounds OK on paper perhaps, but not so OK when the food, water and power are switched off.

All in all, these conspiracy theories are at best an interesting distraction for us. Our great great grandchildren may one day know better, but we certainly will not.

And if it was all a government conspiracy, then it means only one thing - choose more wisely in 08.

Jonnykan -> RE: Former British Inteligence Blows Whistle (1/28/2008 4:52:49 AM)

I didn't see any credible information in that article.  It was only speculation from a former British agent, nothing but fuel for conspiracy kooks.

I do not think that it really matters who and what party are chosen. Democracy is a sham. All parties have been infiltrated and to a large extent are controlled by the powers that be.

Raechard -> RE: Former British Inteligence Blows Whistle (1/28/2008 8:37:39 AM)

What I want to know is when Mr Shayler is going to bring his book out? It's obvious this is just a self publicity stunt and people should be angry this leech is trying to make a name for himself once more using other peoples misery as his fuel.

Yes some of us are old enough to remember how COINTELPRO destroyed the 60's movement in the very same way.

It will most likely go down in history as "shrouded in mystery".

The best conspiracy is performed right out in the open in front of everyones eyes for all to see and not recognized as such.  Blame the patsy and talk it down, and let the peoples pacifist nature do the rest.

I firmly believe that people get the kind of government they "deserve" and when they allow the government to keep secrets and have power over them this is what you get.

Only a fool could look throughout history and deny the existance of literally hundreds of known and proven conspiracies throughout.

Apparently people today like the feeling of helplessness I suppose that way they can feel justified in doing nothing to change it.

That being said if nothing is done about it I will switch sides and help to swing that pendulum hard toward bringing government not only into their homes but squarely up their asses.   Unfortunately that is the only way some people will ever "see" the light.  :)

cheers!

Yes anyone interested in this topic should check out Reals link.  this one is only 2 minutes long, unlike a lot of them.

Check this out:
Alex Jones Predicts 911 on his    JULY 25th 2001    broadcast and he begs the american people to call congress and tell them that we the people know what is going to happen as a warning not to do it.

Jones in no way whatsoever predicts the events of 911.  He makes general predictions of terrorism happening in the future, and says the word WTC in reference to the previous attack.  This is a perfect example of the poor comprehension skills possessed by the followers of Jones.

luckydog1 -> RE: Former British Inteligence Blows Whistle (1/28/2008 10:37:17 AM)

On a second viewing of reals link, I noticed something else.

Jones does in fact make a specifc prediction, and it  does indeed come true.

He predicts that the next major terror attack (no matter when or where) will be blamed by him on the "Secret" Government, even before he has  a single iota of data about the event.

And he in fact does blame the "secret" government, for 911.  Making his prediction 100% true.

And the whole thing is wrapped up in a plea to buy his books and look at his sites (where gets ad revenue).

This is why I think he laughs at people who take him seriously.
