More of us here (in forums) than I'd thought - very pleasing. And of course a civilising influence on the US.

And where would we be without the Americans - a strange people but a wonderful mix so that we can laugh at them as well as with them. And while some of them simply weren't in the queue when the good qualities were being handed out, some of them are a delight.

When this thread first started almost a year ago.. I didn't qualify.. but having moved to Cascais, Portugal 13 days ago, now I do!

It both humbles me and inspires me, G. Teaze and the history and the architecture speak to some part of me that makes it feel like I belong here. :) It's only been a few weeks, but so far, I think it rocks plus, we're a hop, skip and a jump from the largest casino in Europe. For a Texas Hold 'Em player such as myself.. it's like being dropped down in the middle of Heaven.

Himself and I spent a week in Ireland, G. Triangle, this summer just passed and we both adored it. Hopefully, we'll get to go back soon for a visit, but both of us would like to get to some places we haven't seen yet so a revisit will probably be a bit later rather than sooner.
