Ohhh, so many things. A brisk hike on a fall day. A relaxing ride on my favourite horse on a cool evening. Taking my grandUM's on a walk to look for coyotes. Spending a stormy afternoon "napping" with a special person. Being home on the farm during a heavy snow storm and cooking yummy stuff. Waking up to my little puppy curled up against my neck this morning with my great big puppies beside me on the other side and down by my feet. Spending time with my adult children doing most anything. Arranging a party and watching people enjoy themselves. A good book and a quiet place to read it. Naps.

Remembering that hand-held electronic things have "reset" spots on them so I didn't have to replace my PDA. (And being able to laugh at myself when I hesitated to activate the reset because I might lose the data. Duh - it was lost anyway, wasn't it? Turn out I only lost the date and time. All my appointments are safe.)

Happiness is being curled up on a comfy couch, Mistress in my arms, wrapped in a warm blanket in front of a fireplace, watching a romantic movie. Happiness is pampering Mistress for the night. A warm bath, washing Her hair, bathing Her with lavender scented bodywash, drying Her off and wrapping a dark blue satin robe around Her body, then making love to Her on satin sheets in a candlelit room, serenaded by music that sets Her heart afflutter. Happiness is cooking with Mistress. Being able to coincide in a kitchen together, baking cookies, throwing cookie dough at each other as we eat it off each other. Playfulness is happiness.

hearing my children laugh cooking for my family a car that starts everyday...i probably just jinxed myself that first sip of coffee in the morning finishing a jigsaw puzzle walking in fresh snow a hot bath and a glass of wine with no interuptions like, "mom can i just talk to you through the bathroom door?" lol cool, clean sheets in the summertime
