I totally don't get it.. reading through more from that site it seems that the whole thing was made up but even still I'm not sure what the point is?

camille65: I don't see the point, either. pahunkboy: The blogger who posted that completely photoshopped it- the thread never existed. While I'm sure I'm wrong about this, I like to think that there are few people in this world low enough to take amusement in it. I'm sure you didn't post this in ill spirit; I think you meant something about "net nuetrality", although I fail to see how it's at all related.
