Rover -> RE: Femdom Study Group Charter Survey (1/30/2008 6:35:38 AM)

If you're studying male submissives, wouldn't it be more appropriately named the "Male Submissive Study Group" (ie: you're not studying FemDoms)? Does this group have any university or academic affiliation? Most academic studies avoid the internet, because you have no control over who is supplying the data (ie: they could be female) or whether they would qualify for your study parameters (ie: the differences between online and real time, fantasy and reality, etc.). It's the old computer adage... garbage in, garbage out. How will you know what you're studying? I noticed at your website that you're soliciting only female Board Members. Does that imply that only women are capable of understanding men's issues? Would anyone accept an all male Board to study women's issues? Will these Board Members have any experience in psychology, men's health (after all, you're studying males), statistical analysis, etc? Is this a scientific study, or information gathered under the guise of a scientific sounding name? So many questions.... John
