For some reason, the forums is only letting me post under this profile name even though I deleted the account, and it is refusing to let me post under my active profile name. I tried emailing support about what was going on, but I haven't told them about this yet because I wanted to find out if it was just me or if other people have dealt with it.

My suggestion to you is to be patient... It took the 'staff' ~~3 months, but they did come through

First off. Log out of this profile. Log in under the new profile. Also did you activate the new profile?
