There is Leather Masters in San Jose and they do custom design, but that's not very close to you. I bet a Google search on leather shops in SF will come up with pages and pages, but I couldn't recommend any of them. You also might want to call Leather Masters to see if they can refer you to anyone close to you. http://leathermasters.com/
