Hi there can someone please tell me about block user - If someone blocks me and I email them will I know

If you block them, you won't get any mail they send or see the content of their forum posts. If someone blocks you, you won't know it unless you try to send them email, then you'll get a message saying that you have been blocked.

Yes, the system will say: "User has blocked you. Mail not sent." Or something like that. So you will know.
