this slave absolutely hates waking up with a migraine--it sucks, ruins the whole damn day, just gets worse as the day progresses and by noon, the nausea has turned to outright puking, so one vascillates between the bed and the bucket.....worst part about the whole migraine is it is completely disabling, there is NO level of function and is equivalent to being sidelined from actively serving and from life in general. if Master knew how to inflict a migraine, as punishment, it would fall under the hated category, as much of a masochist as this slave is, she hasn't figured out how to turn that "bad" migraine pain into "good" pain[;)], just techniques for avoiding some of the triggers and remedies for lessening the symptoms.
physical punishment?
this slave has not had many physical punishments, so some of these suggestions are purely conjecture, however they would definitely be something this slave would hate to physically do.
1. going to a "fitness club", alone, running on the treadmill, sitting in the sauna listening to the vanilla women.
2. putting on vanilla clothes and make-up, as if this slave was going to work at the vanilla office and having to stay in them all day until bedtime. (verrrrrrrrrrrrry physically uncomfortable--especially the bra and panties)
3. standing in the corner(nose to the wall).
4. being "released" of this slaves daily activities, in other words,denial of the opportunity to serve. being instructed NOT to serve in any capacity for a period of time, would be very physically frustrating(in addition to the mental anguish).

there are many forms of discipline, this slave has been physically disciplined with the same implements that Master has used on His slave for pleasure, however, this slave knew the difference, in her MIND, and that alone made it impossible to feel pleasure from the infliction of THAT pain. a spanking or caning is the "least" worst in that it is OVER quickly, much more so than any of the agonizing suggesestions presented above.

instead of the physical punishment being something that YOU are doing TO her, perhaps it could be something physical that SHE dislikes doing, or restricting her from something physical that she enjoys for a punishment period. (seriously, it is a method of discipline that has worked and still works for this slave with regard to unmentionables and assorted pets.)
