Giants won.  Not that I know anything about the sport, but half a thousand drunken kids outside of my dorm room are screaming about it.

Grats to Giants fans.

Holy fucking shit! LOL

Got to give credit where credit is due, the Giants deserved the victory. Eli (he goes back to being "lil Opie" next year) did good.

The not so perfect Patriots will be getting a case of champange, courtesy of the 1972 Miami Dolphins.... Couldn't have happened to a more deserving team.

and now i have to watch 45 minutes of post game show before we can get to the new episode of House because the football players and referees and whosee-whatsits can't keep to THEIR time schedule so that House can start on time...............

I'm spent.
And there were too many shots of:  1) Peyton, 2) Spagnola

They're putting Peyton's goatee in the NFL Museum, ya know.

Spagnola will be named head coach in Washington soon, I imagine.

Just sooooo thrilled NE didn't win this year.  I am not really a Giants fan, but I am a fan of the team that was able to beat the Pats.  I have to admit, it was a really good game in my opinion.  I like the ones where the score is kept close and you really don't know who will win till the end.

Now, on to House..yummy!

I know his name has been mentioned more than a few times.  I wondered if that's why they were giving him so much camera time tonight.

I think so, Katy. Snyder made it a point to say he would not hire a coach until after tonight.

Well good for him on that job.

Now can we talk about the SB fashion?  What did everyone think of Bill's red hoodie?  What happened to the gray one?  Did he need to brighten it up for the special occasion?

He wore it so it could match his red ass, afterwards (Did you see his post game interview?)  It was almost the same shade of red of Coughlin's face in Green Bay......

Did Belichek really leave the field before the game was over? A friend says he left before the last play. If so what a bad sport.

BTW I never root for  any New York team but I've got to say this was the best possible outcome and I'm almost sorry I went to the movies and dinner rather than watch it.

There was a bit of confusion at the end of the game, the gameclock hit zero, and the fans stormed the field, then they had one second put back on the clock, Belichek had already shaken hands with the giants headcoach and left the field before it became apparent there was one more snap to be played (a kneeldown by the giants)

So did Belichek return? I'm sure he was made aware of the situation.
