Personally I applaud this--I find families who allow their boy or girl children to do this--to be abominable---those practices are not accepted in our society and I find it inexcusable when they cannot be taught to act appropriately--the key word here is intentional--and I am sure they found it as a means to disrupt class--which as well as the lack of cuteness, is immature. I blame the parents---and the crap of "boys will be boys" doesn't wash.
I find it sad that our schools are not only charged with babysitting children for parents, they now have to instill social mores-when do they get down to teaching and not parenting.
