This is why I hang everything but socks and underwear. You cant screw up folding that which you simply toss in adrawer

He could give a damn how i fold my clothes...except for every once in awile when he tells me that "my room" looks like a teenager lives in it cause it looks like my closet threw up all over the bed.. But even though some of yall seem to think it is a silly and nit picky kinda thing, and yeah maybe it is....it was actually one of the only things my Daddy told me that he is "maniacal" about when i was getting to know him...then i asked him " Well,how do you like your clothes folded" and he just laughed and said "Just the notion that you would even care enough to ask puts you ahead of any of the others." Turns out that i actually fold in the same way, or in a more anal retentive way than he expects....so WHEW! (thanks Mom for pushing that part my whole life [:)]) i'm kinda in the same place as sweetwenchie, cause the way i fold is very much like they fold in most stores.

I seriously would not consider any one who was so anal retentive and knit picky about such small things as to how laundry was folded. in my mind there;s more important things to fret about.

Fold it so it's neat, if it needs ironing, hang it straight up (I aint ironed in 15 years and I aint starting it again now!!)[:D] I'm so easy to get along with.[;)]

having worked in the laundry department on cruise ships yes,depedning on the ship,depends on how the towels are folded.thank goodness the one i worked on didn't require animal shapes. and yes even startard foldings towels on a ship is very meticulous. as far as how a slave should fold,as others have stated it depends on the master and how they want it done. showing the slave a few times first helps things go smoothly.

pay attention to the dryer and hang up clothes immediately, that way they dont wrinkle. ironing is against my religion. wolf likes his tshirts folded one specific way, ok. socks are to be put in pairs, then folded in half. no tucking them in on themselves, that stretches them out and makes him unhappy. towels etc are folded to make them look neat on the shelf. anyone that gets that micromanaging on me is gonna be giggled at. [:D] kitten

greetings, Proper way to fold clothes...nope you can do it any way you like or more importantly Masters wishes, however, there is a sense of pride, cleanliness and discipline to do it in such a way to prevent wrinkles and creases. Get it right the first time saves some time later on. A thing he does with me, is that when i am ordered to "strip" all my clothing must be placed neatly in a pile. I am not to toss off or ripp off my clothes, each has to be pealed away neatly, gracefuly, orderly and lady like. Folding each item and neatly placing it aside. It shows patience, it shows dedication and slowly gets into the mindset that as each item comes off and folded its the care and change needed to sink down to my knees and be his naked girl. As far as laundry day, both Sir and i do the clothes together. Of course his folds are perfect for him, but frequently he will mess up a shirt, or towel that i have done and has me do it again. He shows me, gives me the reason as to why it was wrong, wrinkles it back up and has me "do it again" until it is right. (sometimes i think he likes having me do it again,....a sweet smile watching his girl work for him) Good luck, sincerely melanie

There's also the issue that you fold clothes so that they fit in a certain area (drawer, shelf, whatever), and the size of that space varies. So there cannot be one way to fold clothes that would work for every drawer/shelf, etc.
