Off the top of my head, Constitutionally, I suppose it would be considered a tie vote 0-0. And the House of Representatives would choose the president. Relaistically, the shit would hit the fan.

"Nobody" would be president.Nobody is perfect and Nobody gets everything done on time and under budget.Nobody ever gets caught cheating,cuz Nobody is a good person. So if Nobody was elected because nobody voted,then N/nobody would be happy. Capisce?

Show me one who is intellegent, educated, ambitious and has experience in delegating authority and I'll think about it, no I won't their is still the matterof fiscal responsibility. Most poor people I know (such a damned steriotype, ick) would facilitate the enabling of more social sercices which would continue to inadequatly manage to create independence in the lower classes. And boy do I sound like a snob, when in reality I'm a single mom who barely makes above the poverty line.
