Hi All!

I wonder if any one else has ever dealt with someone who trys to top them without ever having any knowledge that they exist? I had a fella (i will not mention his name, I know it is not proper) try to give me shit because I declined a chat with him on the other side of CollarMe..

I am a sub, true, but I am still a human being... and I have choices... I mean, sheesh! I was editing my journal!(WTF!?!)

So, Anyway, I jumped out of my skin and told him off, and let him know I was not HIS sub... then he told me if I was standing before him he would have knocked the spit outta my face?!? (WTF X 2!)

So, I let him have it! I have not heard back from him... I will report him if he does. I know that a true Dom DOES NOT react out of anger. Control is a total thing. GAWD If he was standing before me, I think I woulda gone Detroit all over his ass. I may be a sub, but I am not a small feeble female. I am a fit, strong German gurl... :D

ok, I feel better that I vented... But does anyone ever have these issues, especially subs here? I am curious... and any moderators, please tell me your thoughts either here or in private... all input is appreciated.  I also would like to know if there is a protocol for this type of thing... (F'ing Dom-Wanna-Bees anyway!)
TY!

The Goddess Ignora has bequeathed to her beauteous subs the Altar of Blockage.  The Altar of Blockage is your friend.  The "Doms" you describe are actually praying to the Goddess Ignora when they speak to you, and it is your responsibility as a good servant of the Goddess to sacrifice them on the Altar of Blockage.

Detroit is known for what? Murder Capitol of the world many times over,
although there are other places that seem to beat us out from time to time... ...

so, yeah, I woulda been hard pressed to not defend myself...

LOL and I love the Goddess of Ignora :) I am gonna consult her... (Goddesses Rule!)

Yes, but "Going Des Moines" on someone's ass just doesn't have the same ring to it.

actually since i'd have NO idea how someone got Des Moines...i'd be more likely to be afraid...fear of the unknown etc.  It could be some "Children of the Corn" kinda stuff...Now back to the OP...
Welcome!  You are officially a CM member. It will happen again, it will be annoying, it will be funny...if you laugh it off.  Think of the absurdity of someone being so emotionally weak that they try to forcefully "Dom" you via email...how un-sexy and "anti-masterful" is that?

Detroit was always known as the Motor City.  And Motown.  So I thought you were going to hop in your car, pop in your Smokey Robinson 8-tracks and run over his ass.

You've never met an overbearing person in real life before? How do you handle coworkers who attempt to boss you around without the authority to do so? Your parents have never tried to boss you around? Friends? Nothing different here, you set healthy boundaries and you enforce them. Block him from your email. Get caller ID and block his number. Use the word "NO".

I'm probably about to jinx my wonderful good fortune but I've never had to block someone.  I get wierd about blocking people, I like to know everything that's going on around me and damn I cant' help it I like seeing all the drama go down.

But I've never had someone attack me to the point I hit block or ignore.  If I get a message I don't like I just don't respond.

I also don't get spam mail at work so maybe I'm just blessed.

This is Darcy

These 'demanding' Doms make me laugh. If you truly have the personality and aura of a Dominant then you do not need to resort to threats or trickery or macho posturing. Instead, you are comfortable with your radiance of power and with your ability to quietly and confidently be in control of your situation, whether online or in the real world.

Natural Dominants do not need to assert their authority, instead it is felt, quietly but commandingly.

Demanding subservience or submission is demeaning to the Dominant. If you have the aura and the confidence in yourself then it will shine, and your presence will be felt.

A Submissive can never truly be owned by one which rules by fear, only those who rule by respect are truly in control.

I'm still waiting for someone to come forth with these mythical stone tablets that spell out exactly what encompasses a true Dom.
