Yes, my little family knows the choices I have made in MY LIFE, after all I raised them. The extended family that I see occasionally may or may not know and what does it matter I don't have the vanilla sort of relationship with anyone I know intimately. To those that do not know me well, I am viewed as a very feminine, high maintenance, strong independent thinking, woman who takes no BS from anyone.

My parents are divorced. They both know about me. My 20 year old son suspects something. My father said, "It's your life. Do what makes you happy." My mother said, "You're sick. You need help." My son said, "There is something different about Mom. I'm not sure I want to know."

My family here knows. We are quite some distance from the extended family. They don't know. My father is about a thousand miles away from Me geographically and I've never found a reason to tell him. My mother and brother are both deceased. As for in-laws, I leave that up to My husband. My sub's family and some of his extended family know.

My immediate family knows about my relationship with Mistress. They know She is not only my girlfriend, but also my owner. They know about our love and lust for rubber. They are really cool about it. In fact, my mom, who is very old-fashioned, actually refers to Lorelei as "my Mistress" on occasion. My dad doesn't care one way or the other. My mom is also curious as to what my collar is going to look like. When Mistress comes down in March, my parents already know that I'll be sitting on the floor at Her feet when She and I visit them. I love being able to just be myself with Her and not have to worry about hiding things from people. I'd be the same way around other family members, too. If they ask why I sit at Her feet or do other "strange" things, they might not like the answer they receive...LOL. As you might guess, I really don't care hat people think.

Nope, no family members know other than my best friend from high school, who I consider a sister. She knows of my relationship with Sir and has asked a few questions, but she's a smart cookie [:)] she didn't need to ask much. This is one reason why I'm interested in finding like-minded friends... there are times when talking with another s-type would be helpful. girly
