You know those plastic rings that are left over when you open a screw-top milk or soda bottle? I mean the ones that have the inside diameter covered with barbed ribs, they snap off the top part to prove the contents haven't been tampered with.
Well, they can be coaxed over the head of a flaccid penis. One just below the corona will bite increasingly hard as the penis becomes tumescent, and one at the base will greatly reduce the ability to lose the erection.
