Ok, i wasn't quite sure where to ask this question. But i posted it here.

Nope, I've never noticed any difference with or without tonsils. Hemorrhoids are a different story, though. LOL

I am intereseted in the answer too... I still have mine.. for now. *smirks* I have a massive infection of biblical porportions.. and the wee buggers might be getting ripped out when all is said and done. The Doc's say I dont have much clearance back there with em.. and the infections keep getting them swollen up even more. ( blocking breathing) So one would guess if a gal who has good muscle control in her throat can massage the cock at that point... then having them would be better because it would be a tighter fit yes?

Just my cold meds addled thoughts...
