I'm voting for Obama if he wins the primary irregardless of his name. I just am honestly quite surprised that he was able to make it to the Senate with the name Hussein. I suppose I should revise my opinion of the average voter, at least in the state of Illinois.

Because his middle name is the same as the last name of a man who was public enemy number one when he was elected and I had assumed a lot of people paid less attention than they apparently do to what someone actually stands for.

Funny. I'll keep aloof of the context to avoid stupefying myself. Assume Mr. Obama harbors a Communist agenda. It couldn't possibly be any worse than a President with a Theocratic agenda, could it? Anyway, Communism isn't an accepted political party. They may as well have labelled him a dictator. "Mr. Obama is a closet totalitarian." Totalitarians don't run for office. Communists don't run for office, to the best of my knowledge. Kings don't run for office. Maybe Fox News (right? It was Fox News, wasn't it?) meant that Obama is a Socialist. In which case, they'd at least be trying to get the round blue peg into the round yellow hole, as opposed to the football into the round yellow hole. (I know, pegs, balls, and holes. It's a metaphor. Stay with me here, people!) So what if he is a Socialist? I mean, it's a little late to change the party you're running for. But I think it's acceptable (if not practical) for a Democrat to run for office as a Republican and vice versa, as long as they're registered and elected as such. Besides, the United States Socialist party has to be pretty pathetic. I think our party system only really has room for the Republicans of the Democratic Republic and the Democrats of the Democratic Republic of United States of America. Anything else would probably confuse and frighten the citizenry. Joe: Democrats be blue, Jim. Liberals! Scurvy scallawags! Jim: Yon Republicans be red! Avast! Conservatives! Walk the plank! For those of you who missed it, watch the local fox video. Fox local in Houston is fairly liberal. Hussein is Barack's middle name. I believe his politics is marxist socialism. True card carrying communists are very active in the Democratic party these days. Those of you concerned about your personal liberty should be supporting the Libertarians or at least Ron Paul. But, I guess some people here need to be controlled and abused by the government even more than it's doing already.
