Status: offline 		So a girlfriend of mine asked me if i knew what figging was....i told her that i had heard of it, and thought that it had to do with ginger root and anal.

So now that she had piqued my curiosity i had to look to make sure i'd told her the right thing, and sure enough, i had. So i decideed to read about it and now i am even more curious. It sounds like alot of good, nasty fun.

So have you ever tried this? What did you think of it? Experiences please

Status: offline 		It's fun, but practice helps.  Finding the right sized ginger fingers, and carving them correctly (you want it tapered, with a "groove," but not so it can easily break off) can take some doing.

Also, if done right, cool water is all you use as a lube.  Other lubes will dull the sensation.

Okay you ate quickly, but was it a good feeling? Bad feeling? i am really curious here lol....From what i read the sensation only last about 20 mins and is supposed to hurt/burn but in that good way.

It burns.  Whether or not it is in a "good way" depends on the individual.  Just as some submissives love enemas, single-tails or clover clamps, and others hate the sensations of those things, "good way" is a matter of individual taste.

Frankly, if I never had to do it again, I would not mourn the loss.

On the other hand, as is true in so many things in WIITWD, a great deal depends on the Dominant's reaction to the figging.  If she was really inspired by my whimpering and discomfort, and I could see it in her eyes, and hear it in her voice, that might excite me enough to want it regularly.

Color me kinky that way.

Sounds like it might be a lot of fun, its been on my 'things I'd like to try at some point' list for awhile.  I ran across a few testamonials several months back that were pretty intense.  That being said, defintely not for everyone.

AFlyInYourWeb: Definitely, what is good to one may not be so to another and vice versa...also the Dominant's reaction can make or break something for sure. It also goes with a thread started by charlotte last week about "The things i like, i like because i don't like them" type thing...Not sure, but i gather this will/could be one of those things.

i have tried icy hot on my clit in a very small amount, and that is pretty damned instense for sure. Is it like that? Trying to grasp it before i ask my Master/Daddy about doing this...the whole "be careful what you wish for" cliche running in my head....would be better to have an idea before i make it a wish.

Status: offline 		Tried it for the first time this past weekend. After a few minutes after the sensation set in, had a complete panic. Thoughts of a late night visit to the emergency room filled my head. But within ten minutes of stopping, the pain subsided and after a 1/2 hour, all back to normal.

Would I do it again? I would never ask for it. (As opposed to, say canes.) As I explained to my Domina, it definitely sent me somewhere. I am pretty it was deep into subspace, just a part I hadn't visited before. I told her it wasn't outside my hard limits, just it would have to be because she wanted it. As AFlyInYourWeb pointed out, it all depends on the fact She got completely off on my whimpering and discomfort. In short, it is a way for her to physically assert her control.

OK, unless this is heresy, go to your cupboard, and take some powdered ginger out of the bottle with your licked finger, and tamp it up your ass......way less powerful than a 'fresh moldy icewater soaked' one but---will give you an idea, without going diving in ass first.

It comes from "feaguing" that they used to do to horses so that they'd carry their tails higher (yep, learn something new everyday)..and prbably i would carry my tail higher too if this is as intense as it sounds.

Okay, thankfully i like to cook/bake so i had some ginger in my cabinet for this little experiment. (who knew it could be used for making more than Pumpkin Pie and sauerbraten)

i tried it first on my clit....nothing.

Then i just put some on my butt area....nothing....at first....then i decided to do my workout and give a more whole hearted attempt later.....Well what do you know i did start to feel something....after a bit....not crazy or anything (but i am tip toeing around this experiment since my Daddy is not here to aid and abet me)...So i did get a slight little glimpse.

Status: offline 		A lot of dry spices loose their oils quickly.  The first time I use ginger with someone new I cut a piece and get a little of the fresh ginger "juice" and a finger and touch a few places.  That is usually all for that session with the ginger.  Cool water takes the sting away quickly.  Good luck and have fun.

Great idea for a first time, thanks.....its all about the baby steps....until i tell HIM and then hopefully he will still allow the babysteps (though they are not his favorite method)

I like figging my bois, particularly the ones who do not like anal hehehe; most of them find the experience quite intense it generally lasts about 20 mins and it is not a good idea to use any lube when inserting the ginger as it acts as a sealant and stops the ginger juices from doing their work. Make sure you leave a wide part on the end of the ginger (like a butt plug) to make sure that the piece you are inserting does not get lost inside your slave.
