Several things you could do actually, but all the ones I'm thinking of are a tad expensive. Anyways, if you want something like that, you might want to try looking for places that may already be kink aware, do lots of custom orders, and are used to handling human animal roleplay orders. In other words, the furry fandom and "fursuiting" online shops. Many of these places make paws, footpaws, tails, ears, body suits, partial body suits, etc, for a living. Some, but not all, of these places are completely used to their works being used in kink, and thus allow the customer to be very specific about what they want. The other idea that comes to mind is that if you want something "like a onesie", you may want to try to find an adult baby outfiters, and have them customize such a garment to be "furry." Since there is a fairly large "babyfur" community within both the furry and adult baby communities, there is a bit of overlap when it comes to custom products for each. Not enough to make specific stores devoted to it, but if you find a particularly popular adult baby clothing outfiter which allows custom orders, they've probably done one or two fursuit type outfits themselves, which could be similar to what you want. In any case, you want to be looking for a store that works with kink clothing and accepts very custom orders.
And yes, I agree with you. It's very hard to find kitty play items, at a time when most online bondage shops have at least a couple of items devoted to pony and puppy play, meaning everything has to be either found piecemeal, DIY, perverted, or custom ordered.
