Happy Valentine's Day to you and all the people you love and have loved throughout the years.

Hurray!

Normally I'd either split up my Valentine's Day between various partners or we'd do something as a family.

Neither works really well this year given the job situations.

So Fox and I exchanged gifts this noon and we'll go out on Saturday for a late lunch/early dinner.

Tom and I will exchange gifts tonight over fondue.

Once Fox is home we'll all share an ice cream cake and bask in the warmth of this little kinky poly family.

Here is virtual chocolate or candies of your desire to everyone in the forum.

Love is the greatest emotion of them all. It allows us to place anouther before our selves. It is the destroyer of fear.

It was a Carval cake -- got it from the grocery store. vanilla ice cream, level of chocolate crumbles, bottom layer of chocolate ice cream covered with a frankly not very good white frosting with pink flowers.

Not as good as we've had in the past but Tom and I watched "28 Weeks Later" which had him curled up and scared in my lap on the couch. We so invert gender stereotypes around here some times.

Fox gave me a bag of dark Dove chocolate hearts and Tom gave a very pretty box of mixed chocolates -- in fact they look too pretty to eat but I'm sure I'll get over that in time when the Dove is gone.

Psyvamp, It is within your power to ignore the commercialism, and stick your middle finger up at the 'guilt'. I hope you found something to enjoy on that day even if it was to feel motivated by anger at the commercialism and guilt induced by the media. [:D]

My pc crashed for almost a week, so I haven't been online.
