Bring back someone from the past... (artist, musician, politician, scientist, etc.) Who would it be?  Why?

Martin Luther King, Jr.  I think he would make an excellent VP running mate for Obama.  Maybe race relations in this country could improve.

FDR, because that was a man who rescued the USA from the Depression, and the forthcoming financial mess that Bush is leaving us means we need another FDR in the White House, so why not get the original?

See, I almost didn't post this cause I didn't want to follow Feric's really really important social statement....

Marilyn Monroe...cause I want to know what really happened between her and JFK, and if she OD on purpose like they said.

Tough choice between Moses, Jesus, St. Paul and Robert Jordan.

The former two in order to settle some matters.
Paul so I can put him back in the grave.
Jordan to keep writing his books.

The latter has a bit of a leg up on the rest.

Health,
al-Aswad.

Robert Heinlein & Douglas Adams: because I hate that there's no more of their stuff to read!
Mozart: because I'd love to see what he does with modern instruments and technology

GreedyTop, Vanessa Mae is totally hot!  She plays violin in a way that will mesmerize you.  The top clip is her playing a classical piece with a philharmonic orchestra, so she doesn't show her truly sexy style, but the second clip shows why she is so popular.  i think she would agree with your choice of Motzart. :)
