Many years ago, at a back drop event in the bay area
This man and woman was there and the husbad let the wife go up for auction.

She had been giving me the eye and for some silly reason I was just to scared to bid.
She was really pretty, too pretty for me to Dom her at that time.
She really looked at me and was sad. then everyone else at the auction pulled ther money and bid on her.
She gave the money to her Dom for him to buy what he wanted.
Nice Slave...

I did no put myself up for auction.

Littleone, I am sure you probably didnt mean it to sound how it came out - but because a dominant auctions of his sub or slave at some point, doesn't mean that master has no care for or doesnt like the sub/slave.

If its a hardlimit for you, all well and good, but for others - its all part of who they are.

Peace and Love

Hello There,
Local Dungeons in my area have Dom/Top , sub/slave auctions as fundraising events.
Usually it's just for a few hours of play there at the dungeon that night.

Ms. National Leather just had a fundraising benefit party to raise funds for her travel fund at the Playhouse in Baltimore MD. Although I did not sign up for the auction others did and had a very good time. I think an auction for a short time as a fundraiser is a wonderful way to help out & meet new people at the same time.
Sincerely,
sub suzanne

It is quite common at parties. Yep, yep. I've never heard of being auctioned off on a permanent basis but then again I haven't been everywhere either.

sweetpettjenny -> RE: auctions (9/14/2005 3:05:10 PM)

i have ...i was sold as a siamese twin , myself and a friend were chained together at our ankles and auctioned it was sooo fun

DrkAngl -> RE: auctions (9/14/2005 4:06:05 PM)

I know some of the science fiction conventions a few friends of mine have been too do slave auctions to raise money for whatever charity they have taken up. These are usually two day events, so you if you win the auction you get the slave for one day. Most I've heard of do massages or clean the hotel room, nothing usually major and it's all in fun and food good causes.

littleone35 -> RE: auctions (9/14/2005 4:10:20 PM)

dark i am sorry you took it that way he asked a question and i simply answered. I did not mean of others doms/ Masters put the slaves up for auction they did not care i was talking about my OWN situation. Hey what others do is no concern to me as long as they are happy i say more power to them.

so i don't understand why i was jumped on.

Littleone [:)],

... no one jumped on you, it is not needed to feel like that. If you read my post, I said -

quote:

Littleone, I am sure you probably didnt mean it to sound how it came out -

I was not accusing, nor did I think you meant it in anyway but from your own perspective - I was trying to avoid people assuming that slave auctions approved by the sub/slaves dominant is not because they do not care. Unfortuantely, words can be misrepresented and misunderstood(like you did mine) - I was only opening the thought up to another side of the coin.

People are attacked so often and words picked apart like birds flocking to a picnic table after lunch, it is not a surprise you feel jumped on. But know, it was not the intention.
Do not feel flamed, but feel welcomed - we are reading your posts and commenting on them.
There is no attack, no singling out - only love.

Peace and Love

[looking it both Dark and Little]

I'm proud of both of you. I just wish other people could resolve misunderstandings as smoothly and without rancor.

Quivver -> RE: auctions (9/15/2005 8:22:46 AM)

LOL, I read this thread yesterday and thought there was no way it pertained to me.
Then this morning I remembered that a couple years ago one of my grown female unmentionables thought it would be fun to Auction *Mom* off on Yahoo. So right
there in her IM box her message read, Bidding now open on Mom, last bid was then
noted. [:@] Rotten unmentionable she is got up to a grand and a tractor, but the
deal fell through over the delivery price.

Gotta Love Um, ~ right? ~

Not a bad idea. Our summer house as a cesspool instead of a septic system. I wonder how long it would take to clean it out manually with a bucket?

ownedjulia -> RE: auctions (10/10/2005 11:08:02 AM)

Yes. In several differernt ways!

Littlepita -> RE: auctions (10/10/2005 11:57:25 AM)

I haven't ever given it any thought. But, I wouldn't rule it out. I know my Dom has it checked on our playlist of possible things he would like to do someday.
