always been a fact of life as far as I know - something to do with updating the system I would suppose, and also there's the argument that one could just edit and add one's next post to one's previous post. best advice I can give is to go and look at another thread and then come back and try again. alternatively, (because you lose your post when that message comes up) is to write your posts on Word and copy and paste them as posts - then you still have what you wanted to say, to try again a few moments later - also useful for those rare occasions when the system goes wrong and doesnt take your post for some reason E
