Frankly, I trust poenkitten not to do something like screen my messages, mainly because I get some 9,000 a day for work and she would never get a chance to read through them all and get anything done during the day. And let me tell you she does so many emails and post there is just no way for me to keep up with them all and still go to work, do yard work and build toys. I think I am just saying that building trust and respect takes a lot of work and once achieved to a satisfactorily level the need to monitor constantly becomes a self correcting problem. There are exceptions to this rule if someone is obessive to the point of paranoia, or obessive about controling every little thing in thier life (poen like the show Monk) then it may continue, then you just have to ask yourself if this is a behaviour you need, like, tolerate,dislike, or hate in your life and go from there. What you find pointless or meaningless might be an intrinsic ritual meant to show attention, diliagence, protectiveness, and care.
