Of course I would take B, hands down.

Not really. What I'd do is try to learn about what's important to me about these women, the stuff you left out.
They both sound uninteresting as described. Two-dimensional cardboard cutouts of women. The two dimensions are Body and Brain. The crucial dimension, Heart, hasn't been described.
If she's reading a romance novel at which I'd turn up my nose, but reads it with a heart so much more generous and open than mine that she find pleasure and meaning where I won't let myself, does it matter whether her IQ is above or below mine? Above or below par? She obviously has a power I lack. That's interesting.
Accomplishment, in material terms, means nothing to me in itself. It can just as easily signal insecurity and an a existential inability to be comfortable as it can signal anything good. "Happy in a burger joint" strikes me as far more evolved than "driven to make partner in eighteen months".
Ambition, in itself, is ugly to me. It tends to be toxic to thought, toxic to imagination. Handled deftly an ugly thing can be put to good use. I don't mind if you have it but it will never be what attracts me to you. If your ambition tends to shoulder you heart off to one side (pardon the clash of metaphor) then pretty soon I'm gonna think you're skanky, whatever kind of body the ambition is packaged in.
IQ and savvy and be beautiful or ugly, just as big boobs and small boobs can be. And it isn't a function of the shape of the variously-sized tits.It is a function of the heart beating underneath them, in the end. Though bruising nicely is a big plus.
As for pretty, well ...
When I say she has a beautiful heart, you might very well have a sense of what I'm talking about, especially if you know her too. I have no idea what "a pretty heart" would mean.
