You dont have to reply to this post but you can. I am curious as to how many have disorders either diagnosed or you just know you have it and attempt to deal with it. Mainly I am curious because they say what I have isnt a disorder persay but I still have to deal with the fall out of one. You can pick more than one option
I use food as a matter of comfort, when i feel sad, when i m alone at home, when it s raining, whenever i feel down; i feel the urge to eat so i know i got eating disorder.
I m trying to handle it myself but dont think i will succeed without exterior help.I got so many issue to discuss with a psychologist.
I am more of a non eater .. I dont binge or purge I just dont eat by the time I find something I want ( no not picky either) I really dont want anything it has effected hair and nail growth and they still dont really call it a disorder But worry about internal organs
