it is about time. why are my tax dollars being used to sue VT and CA!! many a day i cant fricken breath in my own home!
Because President Bush favors corporations over people, and has packed the government agencies with like-minded people. The EPA never actually gave a reason as to why they blocked CA's petition to institute hi8gher fuel and pollution standards than the nation.
