Why is it that there are so many women dominants who are demanding tribute.....just read one profile where she says that the guy's wallet is hers.

Shouldn't we male dominants take the same position???

Obviously, I mean my comment in jest....but it is amazing to me that bdsm seems to be going the way of pimps and whores as it relates to fem dommes. I know that does not apply to everyone, but it does seen prevalent among the young ones.

Is this a trend?

I hae no way of calculating the exact number, but would wager that if a search could be conducted, it would be in excess of 20.....and almost all would be in their 20's

What I mean...is how many threads are there this week with people whining about tributes?

I certainly do not mean to criticize anyones interest or fetish, but it does seem that the number of people asking for a tribute has increased. It seems that also the number of Dommes specifically listing that as a primary interest or requirement has increased. Now, if that's what they want, then good for them and good for the subs who are into that. It does seem, however, that it's becoming more and more about that these days.

Ya know what? Please demand tribute!!!! You're a dominant, do whatever you want. I don't know why you care about what a domme gets, unless it's because YOU aren't getting any. Let us know your progress please, and how much cash you collect. If you have services you are able to provide, you should make out like a bandit.

Also, I would like to give you your very first tribute. How about some soft music, brie and crackers to go with that whine?

I'm going to hazard the obvious here: The question of whether they should aside, they probably can't do it successfully? There isn't a sufficient number of women out there who feel motivated to send money to men they don't know.

Wherever there is a demand, and an economic benefit to satisfying it, there will always be those willing to do so. Our little experiments with prohibitioin of various kinds (drugs, alcohol, prostitution, gambling) should have taught us that, but we, as a society, are pretty hard-headed. If there are men out there willing to (or susceptable to being pursuaded to) send money to a woman that they have never, and probably will never meet, there will, I assure you, be women (or men willing to pose as women) who are willing to take their money.

The owners of Collarme have decided, for reasons of their own that they need not explain to you and I, that they are willing to facilitate that kind of traffic. If it bothers you enough, you'll probably find another site on which to participate for free. I think you'd probably have a valid point if you were a male submissive and had paid money to join this site only to find nothing but women demanding "tribute". As it is, you aren't really being impacted, other than having your sensibilities offended.
