Please be informed that we the people, the humans- whose peace enjoyment and domestic tranquility, demand, implore and beg the following.
We as the community you serve now know that utility deregulation is a threat to our way of life. We will reverse this now. To this end no easement near, in, or around our homes will be continued so long if it does not serve the public good.
We reserve the right to hinder, revoke, dis-allow, dispute, disassemble, disable, disrupt, dismantle, destroy- that which does NOT serve the public good. Corporate person-hood does not serve the public good.
There will be sanity to utility rates. This is taxation with out representation.
Should it fail to serve we the public- you have now been informed of the outcome.
The PUC has failed miserably. We take back our life now.
We note Enron Corporations manipulation of the electric in California. We will not stand for the Enron-ization of our home.
I write this from where Thomas Edison lit the first commercial building. It is historic indeed. Pennsylvania, where coal and steel engined the push westward to the Pacific. Where oil was discovered in Titusville Pennsylvania. Where Three Mile Island spewed the nations worst nuclear accident. When Ben Franklin discovered electricity flying a kite with a key at the end of it in Philadelphia.
We view sloppy stacked legislation as a threat to freedom, a threat to human life.
We declare that people are the highest form of life, higher then any machine, higher then any computer, more important then any legal entity. People breathe bleed and have a soul. Nothing else matters!

We believe the corporate biased PUC no longer represents the interests of the peon.
Yes master, the peasants will revolt NOW. Never under estimate the masses of peons. As a group we are quite a force.
We further demand Net neutrality. We demand truth in labeling, and better labeling. We demand voiding of "Corporate person-hood".
If you back an animal into a corner, he can do nothing but aggress. Utilities run-a-muck has backed us into the corner.
Does a cold crying baby want to hear,"child don't worry there are programs", does your momma able to see tiny print and navigate voice menu to get to the call center in India?
Can you look at me with a straight face and say- I represent YOU?
Congressman, you need to fix this and now!
