Apologies in advance for makin' nasty with the words of Dr. Suess. There are so many "new" Doms here who find it surprising that submissive women don't appreciate being called vile names at "Hello." It seems so absurd to me that I wonder if it's a real life phenomenon. If it is, I do not understand the mindset of thinking that would be okay. But then I look at female dominants, and they seem to do pretty much whatever they please. (I'm thinkin' of jumping over to the dark side; I hear tell they have cookies - just kiddin'!) Is there an energy that comes out of the gate (in BDSM terms) that makes unexperienced male Doms think that newly introduced females will respond to that kind of thing (read: testosterone overload or something)? Or is it online crap that you would never see in a r/l exchange. I've been to a few parties and such and never seen it. The most forward thing that happened to me was a male in drag who was hosting a party I attended offered me his hand to kiss. I shook it like a Mormon missionary. [;)] In the beginning, did you think that was a good approach? Have you ever used it successfully in a first time encounter? *Edited to add the word "hand" which was most important for the sentence.

Nah, it's because of porn. They've had zero r/l experience so they base their understanding on the porn they've seen. And they forget that porn is made that way because it appeals to the men who buy it. Women on average don't buy it, so it isn't designed to appeal to women. Target audience stuff, Madison Avenue, marketing. Of course if they don't wise up, they won't get any r/l experience.

If I use vile epithets to describe a woman, it is because she has loaded vile thoughts into my brain housing group.
