These are the only pics I have right now. From the website where I found him ...

Oooh... He's gorgeous! And looks totally male, to me :)

My late, lamented boykitty was named Noodge (waiting to see who gets that...)

You could go all anime and name him Kilala.

My kitties are Penelope (mainly called Pennycat) and Fuzzball. Officially his name is George Harrison Fuzzball Rasputin, but Fuzzy is his name most of the time.

George from the Bugs Bunny "love him and hug him and pat him and squeeze him" thing that is a Mice & Men spoof.

Harrison because he is one hairy son of a gun.

Fuzzball - that is what he looks like.

Rasputin - the piercing green eyes are just hypnotic. "Feed me.....feed me....". He has a way of exerting his will on the unsuspecting.

Spot was my Katrina rescue cat. Called him Spot as he was not my cat, and while looking for his owner I gave him the most non cat name I could think of.

Plus, Data named his cat Spot, and they were both orange.

My cats tend to be named thinks like The Blighter (she taught me everything there is to know about being owned by a cat), Bonehead (he never knew how to use the floor to get from point A to point B), Footsie (spent all her time sitting on your feet), Jello (she had no bones), Skittish (she feared dust bunnies), Hoser, etc.

Suggestions, anyone?

You can re-use the name of a well-loved but long gone feline from my household:  Hawky-poo, the Falcon Kitty

(Don't ask how he got that name)

That reminds me of one of my cats, Hawk The Barbarian Warlord.

16 pound Maine Coon, a mass of scars, dozens of children infesting the neighborhood, testicles removed when he moved in, and stared down full size, cat-chasing, German Shepherds regularly.

One of my ex's used to name all of her cats after philosophers.  After a while, it was rather funny in daily conversation.

Marx was always the trouble maker.

I have 5 Maine Coons, that I have had since they were berthed in my hand 5 and a half years ago, they are all related.
Steeler is 12 pounds and the only male, he will steal treats from others, Snoo is a shaded golden with white and love to fetch fake mice and plastic straws, she thinks I am her mum, Cheeky opened her eyes first and mum named her, she lives up to her name, no one but me can hold her. Natasha is a singer, she loves to make noises, and that leaves the specail MS Purrpurrz, she used to be reclusive and hide under the recliner, now she gained weight and fends for herself, she loves her belly petted and purrzzz alot. They are all talented, and not afraid of dogs.

in my lifetime i've had a sparky; a sarge, so named because he was born to a barn cat at the city's mounted police barn; dusty was just a little gray fuzzball; cobwebs was so named because she had a lazy eye that always looked up, sorta like it was checking out the ceiling; nick and nack, littermates; precious; floyd, because he was such a pretty boy; and meow-one of the boys named her.  still have nack, she's going on 8 and precious is 5, the others have crossed the rainbow bridge.  you could call him swayze, after patrick swayze in ghost.  gobblin, spook, any favorite ghostie names out there?

I love all the names. You guys are really creative!

I think he wants to be named Elliot. It just seems to fit ... Prince Elliot, of course.

My girls are named Gracious (the sister to the aforementioned Noodge), and Amos.
Amos is almost all black.
It's a tradition, all black cats in my family must be named Amos.
My name is Andrea (used to be called Andi.. but don't anybody try it here, damn it).
My parents had a warped sense of humor.

The younger members here probably wont get it, but I bet the older American members should..LOL
