Nope but you could perhaps get something off of kinky cards and turn it into wallpaper.

I feel silly asking this

(I am computer friendly & I also work in a home decorating business)

Are we talking about wallpaper for computer use or actual wallpaper for your wall?

If you're a the crafty kind, you could always buy a blank border and make stencils with what you want on them. That way you get exactly what you like for less money, and you have the satisfaction of having done it yourself. (And it's easier than looking for riding crop room borders at Hobby Lobby).
